It’s also a great manifestation method that allows you to confirm if you’re on the right path or right track. A lot of people, especially successful people will not allow themselves to let go of their desires or accept the way things are until they feel they have tried it all and have done enough. Oh, the plight of human nature.
The important thing is that you acknowledge and admit to yourself what you have and have not done. If doing this practice leaves you with more negative feelings than positive energy, then that’s a good sign that maybe there’s more shadow work left to do. The good news is that if you accept where you are right now on your journey, and realize you haven’t done all that is in your power to do, you take back your power to take inspired action before getting out of the Universe’s way.

Write down a list of events in your life that scared you and filled you with fear and anxiety. Then, write down what happened that helped you get out of trouble and move forward. Or, think back on those times you thought you were totally screwed, but somehow, someway something saved you. Basically, you want to look back on your life and see the Universe’s track record for taking care of you!
In addition, think back on all of the unanswered prayers that you are now thankful for never happening. Can you imagine?! Sit with your hand on your heart and ask yourself if there is the slightest chance that what you want may not be what’s best for you right now, in the future, or ever. Could there be something better coming your way? We never know these answers when we’re going through it, but if we’re truly looking for meaning, we can look back and find it.
Finally, recognize that the manifestation process is often a journey of ups and downs, so be patient and embrace change as you continue working towards your goals. Keep an honest account of how you are shifting and evolving from day to day and check in with yourself to see if this is still what you truly desire.
